Ok so i'm busting out the measuring tape and doing all the measurements today. I'll be doing this once a month.
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 155lbs
Bust: 37"
Chest: 30.5"
Waist: 35"
Hips: 40"
Midway: 39"
Thigh: 24"
Knee: 16.5"
Calves: 14"
Upper arm: 12"
Forearm: 9"
some of these measurements seem stupid to take but what i've read they're the best to take to keep track. so now it's off to work out!

I'm scared to take all of my measurements! I know right now my thighs are bigger than what my waist was 10 years ago. :(
yeah i hear ya i so didn't really want to measure everything.
